Unlike a Stamina inversion therapy table or other product lines of inversion tables, a back stretcher is much more convenient, easier, and more comfortable to use. With this device, you no longer have to hang upside down and hurt your ankles in an inversion table just to relieve a minor back pain. To some, the use of inversion products is so much more straining than beneficial. The good news is that back stretchers are also available for the same purpose – treating back pain. These devices are even cheaper so aside from being a user – friendly, they are a practical choice as well. In this post, we are going to talk about how back stretchers are used and we will assume that we are using a Lumbar Extender this time. Note that there are several types of back stretching devices using one from the other will be different in some manners.
How To Use Lumbar Extenders
1. Prepare all the things that you need such as the back stretching device, a pillow, and the floor or bed space where you will be doing the stretching exercise. Also, prepare yourself by wearing something comfortable.
2. Choose wherever you want to do the stretching. Lumbar Extenders are small and compact so it can place anywhere you find yourself comfortable. If you prefer doing the stretching on the floor or on your bed, it is up to you.
3. Place the device on the floor or bed. Then put a pillow on the opposite end where your head will rest when you lie over the device.
4. Lie with your back over the device while allowing your head to rest on the pillow at the other side. You can choose to bend your knees of to extend your feet on the floor. Relax. Breathe in and breathe out. Free your mind from worries, doubts, and fears. Think of happy thoughts.
5. Stay in the same position for at least 5 seconds or longer for as long as you are still comfortable. Then start to roll to the left and hold yourself in that position for another 5 seconds before you return to your original position. Next, turn to the right and stay for another 5 seconds and again return to your previous position. Repeat this process until about 5 minutes is over. For better results, use your lumbar extender for at least 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes before bedtime.

Vitamin B12 is a nutrient that the body uses to repair DNA, as well as help maintain the sheathes that protect nerve cells. Found primarily in meat and dairy products, most people probably get enough without having to add a supplement to their diets.
Although it has some uses, there are no vitamin B12 benefits as long as you have a relatively normal diet with plenty of meat and dairy. If you don’t have reason to suspect you are deficient in it, there isn’t much in the way of benefits from B12 you can get otherwise. It is used as a cyanide antidote, and it shows promise as a psoriasis treatment, but these are not normally needed for most people.
Since most people get enough B12 through the meat and dairy in their diet, the people most at risk of deficiency are obviously vegans. Vegans should always supplement with B12 in some way, via vitamin pills or any fortified cereal or other vegan foods. Soy milk is often fortified with B12, so if you are vegan and have been consuming soy milk regularly, you are probably fine.
You can also become deficient if you have stomach or gastrointestinal problems, such as with irritable bowel syndrome, pernicious anemia, or any injury or surgery. For proper absorption, a certain stomach enzyme called intrinsic factor must be present. Injury and illness can cause problems with intrinsic factor. This can also happen in elderly people, and some studies have shown a connection between low B12 levels and Alzheimer’s and similar diseases.
The symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency include tingling finger tips, fatigue, memory problems and other cognitive issues, constipation, and a host of other conditions that are vague and can be attributed to many other illnesses. As a result, before suspecting a deficiency in B12, you should see if you fall into one of the risk groups or not.

The flanks and the inner thighs are not visible areas of the body but if there is a bulk of fat deposits in these areas, they can easily be noticed and they can never be hidden even under clothing. Wearing of lose garments cannot even work wonders because bulging flanks and inner thighs will still show. Of course, diet and exercise will do wonders but it will surely take quite a long time. So if you are looking to get rid of those excess fats immediately, then you should consider liposuction. Lipo surgery is a surgical procedure of sculpting certain areas of the body by suctioning the fat deposits out of the body. In general, liposuction is expensive but today it is becoming more affordable because of the availability of lipo financing programs. Its cost actually depends on several factors and one of the factors that affect its liposuction cost is the area of the body to be treated.
Liposuction Flanks Cost
For most men who are vain and particular about how they look but are too busy to have time to go to the gym, liposuction of the flanks is commonly resorted to. Same is true with women who are overweight or even those who have lost weight but are finding it difficult to trim their flanks, lipo flanks is also a perfect option. The average cost of flanks liposuction is from $2000 to $5000 so if you want to have your flanks done, be sure that you can afford it and cost of the post – operative care. However, if you don’t have enough cash to pay for the surgery upfront, then consider liposuction financing options being offered by many surgeons and elective surgical loan lenders.
Liposuction Inner Thighs Cost
Lipo surgery of the inner thighs is also priced between $2000 and $5000 same as with the flanks but here you have the option to include or not to include your knees done as well. However, for the best results of inner thighs liposuction, the knees must be done as well for shape consistency and perfect look.
