Sometimes, when your eyes start to itch or burn, there is no doubt that you have some kind of eye allergies. These kinds of attacks may get frequent if you dont take any action. The first that thing that you should keep in mind is to keep away from the dust. Dust contains 90 percent of allergens that affect the eye. These allergens can be pollens, or pet dander. Also avoid anything that triggers the infection like itching.
Second thing is to make sure that you do not have anything that spreads dust around the room. Like for example a carpet, a simple beat on the carpet can throw millions of allergens into the air increasing the chances of the patient getting an attack. Also remember to or an air conditioner filter is being cleaned from time to time. Sometimes the dust that has been accumulated inside the filter can be blown into the room if it is not cleaned regularly.
Special care needs to be taken during winter because a warm house can be an attractive location for the insects and pests to take shelter from the freezing cold outside. Remember to clean up the house properly before winter. It can remove majority of the sources of allergens from your house.
All these steps taken as instructed can reduce the chances of getting an attack and at the same time can prevent any further medications required. As it is correctly said prevention is better than cure
